Cloud Computer Classroom

Cloud Computer Classroom

Cloud Computer Classroom provides both Windows desktop and application services. Therefore, there is no need to spend a lot of time installing various software on your personal computer in this classroom. All you need is to connect to the cloud computer classroom through a browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari), and you can already access the software installed on the physical computer classrooms. For first-time users, read the  User Guide(PDF) carefully. Make sure to follow all the steps for software installations and other requirements.

Teachers could integrate the utilization of the cloud computer classrooms into their teaching methodologies to ensure that learning is no longer limited to physical computer classrooms. Instead, students can now use the available software in the on-site computer classrooms remotely and at any time of the day. This type of set-up promotes and supports independent learning anytime and anywhere.

Reminders!

  1. When logged in to the desktop or application, the system will automatically disconnect the connection after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you do not reconnect within 10 minutes, you will be automatically logged out, and all personal data saved on the desktop will be erased.

  2. Make sure to save all files you created in the cloud computer classroom on your personal computer. Please refer to page 13 of the User Guide(PDF).

  3. Take note that the following screen appears when saving; make sure to click "Read/Write Access" or "Allow All Access" and select Local Disk to save the files into your PC device, not with the local computer (C:).
