Space and Equipment

  • Self-Service Printing/Copying:

    Students can use the copy machine in the library, and pay with the Easy Card (Student card).

  • Scanning:

    Location-2nd Floor, Library I. Service is free.

  • Discussion Room:

2 small rooms-A request can be made by groups of 3 or more people, with a maximum of 6 people per group.

1 large rooms-A request can be made by groups of 5 or more people, with a maximum of 12 people per group.

  • Soundproof Pod:

There are two rooms, A and B. Reservations can only be made for groups of at least one person, with a limit of four people per room.

Each room is equipped with tables, chairs, and power outlets. Please turn off the lights and fans when leaving.

Opening hours: Reservations can be made for time slots within 14 days, with a maximum of 2 hours per session. Each user is limited to two reservations per week.

Check-in: Please arrive early to check in at the counter before your reserved time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the person who made the reservation must check in first.

Entry: You may only enter the room at your reserved time.

No-show penalty: If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to cancel your reservation online, and it will be considered a no-show. This will count as one ‘late arrival,’ resulting in a 30-day suspension.

  • new Virtual studio:

           The digital photography studio operates on a reservation system. Applications must be submitted at least one week prior to the intended date of use.

          Cancellations or changes must be made at least three days in advance; failure to notify the library twice during the semester will result in suspension of borrowing privileges for the rest of the semester.

         If multiple groups apply for the same time slot, priority will be given based on the order in which applications are approved.

         In the event of special circumstances, the library reserves the right to announce changes to the available hours. Each reservation is limited to one session per use.

         Once a reservation is confirmed, users must complete a mandatory operation training session at the library before the scheduled use.

         For safety and equipment condition monitoring, the studio is equipped with surveillance cameras. Please take this into consideration before applying.

  • Individual Research Rooms:

    The library provides Individual Research Rooms for doctoral students. If students wish to borrow this space, they must fill an application form authorized by their supervisor (with their supervisor’s signature).

  • E-book Readers (iPad Air2):

    Students can borrow iPad Air2 from libraries. Loan period-7 Days. If students wish to borrow it, please go to the Information Desk on the 2nd floor.

  • Audiovisual Rooms (2 in total):

    A request can be made by at least 5 or more people, and subject to a maximum of 10 people per room. Students can borrow DVDs to watch here.

  • Borrow an umbrella:

    Loan period-7 Days.
